Depending on where you live, many of us are currently in the “spring of deception.” It is that special week where the sun shines, the shorts come out and then we immediately get hit with a frost warning. It is a confusing time for our wardrobes but a great time for the L&D industry to get together. While the weather might be tricking us, our spring event calendar is the real deal. We are layering up and heading out to talk about our products and the eLearning standards that stay consistent no matter what season we are actually in.

Rustici Generator showcase | March 31

On March 31, 2026, we are kicking off the season virtually by hosting an interactive webinar on decoding SCORM to power AI chatbots. Join Stephen Kalnoske at 10 am CDT for a deep dive into the intersection of legacy standards and emerging technology. We will explore how Rustici Generator can help you parse SCORM content to fuel AI-driven learning experiences.

NORDEFCO | April 20-23

Chris Tompkins is heading to Odense, Denmark, from April 20 to 23 for NORDEFCO ADL Conference 2026. He will be presenting on “Where Standards and AI Frame Your Learning Ecosystem: An Overview of the State of the Industry” April 21. He will also participate in a panel discussion April 22 focused on real-world defense education and training using emerging EdTech. If you are attending, please reach out so we can find a time to chat in person.

LT UK | April 29-30

We are back in London on April 29 and 30 for Learning Technologies UK 2026. You can find the Rustici team at Stand A30 at the Excel. On April 30, be sure to catch Chris Tompkins at Seminar Theatre 2 from 3:30 pm to 4 pm for his session:

Stop paying the admin tax: Scaling your content management strategy

Do you spend as much time managing and tracking your courses as you did creating them? Chris will share how organizations are rethinking content strategy beyond the LMS to simplify tasks and reduce update times from hours to minutes. You will discover how to manage multiple languages in one package and build the “trusted knowledge base” required to fuel AI-driven personalized learning.

ATD | May 17-20

To round out the spring season, we are traveling to Los Angeles for ATD International Conference & Expo 2026 from May 17 to 20. Our team will be stationed at Booth 1120 so be sure to stop by and say hi. We are also excited to head to the Learning Stage 4 in the Expo Hall on Tuesday, May 19 from 9:15 am to 9:45 am PDT for a special co-presentation with our customer:

Spending time wisely: America’s Credit Unions’ content hub transformation with Content Controller

Join Alicia Steindorf, Director of Online Learning at America’s Credit Unions, and Tammy Rutherford, Managing Director at Rustici Software, to hear how a national trade association provides a seamless training experience while protecting its intellectual property. They will dive into how America’s Credit Unions removed technical roadblocks to standardize reporting and delivery, resulting in a distribution strategy that finally makes “cents” using Content Controller.

Let’s connect

The expo hall and networking time are often where the most interesting conversations happen, and we do not want to miss out on yours. If you are attending any of these events and want to discuss your technical hurdles or just want to catch up, send us a message. We hope to see you somewhere on the road soon!
