Normally this time of year, we’d be gearing up for a long plane ride to London to exhibit with our fellow LTG companies at the annual Learning Technologies UK conference. While we miss being able to do this in person, we’re happy to have the event adapt into a two-week festival of workplace learning. Learning Technologies Digital Experience (LTDX) will take place online from February 15 – 26, 2021.
The conference couldn’t be more aptly themed—“shaping the future of workplace learning.” What we’ve learned in 2020 is that digital learning is now critical and here to stay. By identifying your tools and organizational dynamics, you can make the technology and processes work for your problem instead of trying to make the problem fit with your technology. Regardless of how lean or complex a learning ecosystem is, it turns out simply understanding and structuring the components to align with your goals is the first step toward shifting from reacting to proactively planning.
We’ll be hosting our own two-part series that covers the details and best practices to consider when designing your learning ecosystem. We’ve got a great lineup of speakers from LEO, Gomo, PeopleFluent, Watershed and Rustici Software, along with special client appearances, to cover the various areas where you can make an immediate impact through content creation, distribution, delivery, learning experience and measurement. Registration for LTDX is still open, so get your free pass today and then add our upcoming sessions to your schedule.
