It’s nice to know that there are good people out there constantly trying to help others. Organizations like Save the Children, Habitat for Humanity and Catholic Relief Services are filled with great people striving to make a difference.
While it may pale in comparison to the monumental challenges these organizations face everyday, training their people isn’t easy. Consider the distributed workforce, widely varying skill levels, high turnover and you’re faced with a great candidate for e-learning. Unfortunately, e-learning can be expensive and is often beyond the budget of a typical NGO.
Enter Learning for International NGOs (LINGOs). LINGOs is a partnership of 8 charitable organizations pooling their resources to provide online training to their employees and volunteers. Together with their industry partners, LINGOs provides training on everything from soft skills to kidnapping avoidance in war zones.
We are proud to announce our partnership with LINGOs through which will be provide ongoing content development assistance and complementary use of the SCORM Driver.
