Our team had a great time connecting with everyone at the Learning Technologies 2025 conference and exhibition in London. LT is always a favorite for us, and this year definitely lived up to expectations. From engaging conversations at our stand to exciting sessions, it was a packed few days. One of the best parts? Seeing so many familiar faces and repeat visitors stopping by our stand. It’s always gratifying when people return to continue the conversations we’ve started at past conferences or webinars. It really feels like a community of folks who keep the thread going—and we love being part of that journey.

Another highlight? Our very own Managing Director, Tammy Rutherford, was interviewed by Learning News to discuss some of the biggest trends and how we’re supporting the challenges we’re seeing in the industry. Tammy shared how we at Rustici Software are the learning technology experts and are running behind the scenes of many of the vendors in the expo hall. We specialize in the learning standards like SCORM, cmi5, xAPI and LTI to help with interoperability so that learning platforms and content play well together. Our latest product releases

We’ve had a busy Q1 and while we’ve already shared the news with our customers, it was exciting to see so much product interest in-person at LT. Tammy highlighted two we recently released—Rustici Generator and Content Portal. Launched in January 2025, Rustici Generator is our AI-enabled product that is designed to help better manage a large content library. Rustici Generator can parse learning content, extract text, generate metadata and tag skills based on your organization’s taxonomy. This opens up a world of possibilities, but most importantly, it makes your catalog easily searchable based on what’s inside your content. And for those looking to share content externally with partners, customers or member organizations, she spotlighted Content Portal, the newest addition to Content Controller that makes training content delivery simpler and more efficient with a self-service experience.

AI is a complementary technology to L&D teams

At Rustici Software, we see AI as a powerful complement to L&D teams. The evolution of AI over the last few years has shown that it can help L&D professionals work smarter, by enhancing content management, skill mapping and personalization at scale. More than ever, L&D teams are focusing on understanding the skills their workforce has today—and what they’ll need tomorrow. This ability to adapt and meet learners where they are is one of the biggest opportunities AI can help unlock.

Rustici Software exhibiting at LT 2025

We loved being part of the buzz at Learning Technologies and we’re grateful for all the chats, demos and sessions, including our VP of Business Development, Chris Tompkins’ session on prepping your learning ecosystem for AI. If you missed us at LT 2025, we’d love to catch up and share more about what we learned and how we’re helping organizations just like yours tackle their training tech challenges. And if you’re heading to ATD ICE in Washington, D.C. on May 18-21, we’ll be there too—come find us at booth #610!
