If you have been following us for a while, you might remember back in 2016 when Rustici Software became part of LTG, and at the same time Watershed spun off to become its own company.
Well, our friends at Watershed just shared a big announcement. They are now wholly part of the LTG family. With this acquisition, Watershed joins LTG’s portfolio, which includes LEO Learning, gomo, Eukleia, PRELOADED, PeopleFluent and Affirmity, and us, Rustici Software. We’re glad to welcome them to the family.
What does this mean to us at Rustici Software? Nothing really. Since 2016, Rustici Software and Watershed have been completely separate companies, and that will continue. We’re excited for our friends at Watershed and we will each continue to operate independently as we have for the past three years.
