A quick refresher on AICC
AICC stands for “Aviation Industry CBT Committee,” which was a standards organization that developed online learning standards until 2014. AICC’s “CMI Guidelines for Interoperability” was the first widely adopted specification for interoperability between eLearning content and LMSs. Since that time, the original CMI Data Model has been used by SCORM (“cmi.success_status”, “cmi.score.raw”, etc) and those core concepts still live on today in xAPI.
