We celebrated Pancake Day 🥞 in the office kitchen and received some pretty impressive pancake flipping home videos and designs from our remote team.
Thanksmas 2023
Since we love all things bird related at Rustici, our holiday party was themed around the 12 days of Thanksmas. Afterwards, we donated all the food to Second Harvest of Middle Tennessee.
Quail August 2023
We held a series of games to rename Quell, and the Quail tribute won. We celebrated with artwork by Jim on hand tie-dyed T-shirts, field day quests and curling at Tee-Line.
Quell March 2023
We celebrated Rustici’s 21st birthday with a trivia pub night at the office and indoor rock climbing at Climb Nashville.
Valentine's Cuddle Gram 2023
We celebrated Valentine’s Day with puppy kisses and cuddles at our office. 🐶 ❤️ Both cuties are available for adoption through Williamson County Animal Center.

We had an axe-citing time during our Quell event with a friendly axe throwing competition against fellow Rusticians.
Rustici Turns 20
We turned 20! So of course we had to celebrate with a dunk the directors raffle, Cold Stone ice cream, jousting, soccer darts, board games, Saugy dogs and more.
Thanksmas 2021
We celebrated together in-person at this year’s Thanksmas party themed Rustici ReCycled. We even built bikes and navigated an obstacle course to win prizes.

We survived a virtual escape room, celebrated the launch of cmi5 CATAPULT and enjoyed specialty drinks from Coffee Cart Nashville.
Office Re-opening Celebration
We welcomed back employees to the office with outdoor games and dining from the Grilled Cheeserie food truck.

We competed in a 48-hour hackathon, played in a virtual scavenger hunt, celebrated our WFH anniversary and painted happy little trees with Bob Ross.
