We keep a running tab of how our customers rate our support. There's big talk around the office, daily, about how many smileys and frownys are on the Delight-o-Meter.
It's slightly crushing when we get a new frowny, so we try not to let that happen. It's comforting to know that the meter has known 100% quite a few times in its lifetime. Those are our favorite times, and certainly cause for celebration (ice cream, anybody?)
