Nashville’s “Best Places to Work” eight years in a row. We help companies conform to e-learning standards like SCORM and the Experience API.
We’re looking for the right person to lead our marketing efforts and make sure that people looking for help tackling the befuddling world of elearning standards find us and our products. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and act tactically to implement an integrated marketing plan. Our products and services are incredibly technical – we specialize in elearning system interoperability after all. And our customers tend to be a highly technical audience, so experience working with software companies and developers will come in handy.
Among other things, we’ll expect this person to:
Help us define how we talk about our company and our products
Write the stories and content to help tell our story
Identify the right places to share those words
Validate that we’re spending the right amount of time and money on those channels
If you’re exceptional when it comes to planning, executing and measuring marketing campaigns, we want to talk to you. If you already have a working knowledge of the elearning standards then we really, really, want to hear from you.
Why you’ll find this work interesting
The right person will want to jump right in and find creative ways to engage the elearning community and industry. You’ll work directly with our Product and Sales teams to create effective product messaging and lead generation activities. We’re open to trying new strategies and will look to you to set the pace for what we do to connect people from around the world back to us. We move fast at Rustici and the team here is ready to help. We are focused on connecting efforts to results, and this role will give you the chance to showcase your talents and quickly see how that impacts the overall success of Rustici Software
Why you want to work here
Rustici Software isn’t your average workplace. You’ll work with software developers that are complimented on their communication skills and with sales, account management, and other support folks who are constantly pushing themselves to grow technically.
Over the last 14 years, we’ve created a unique environment where people want to work and look forward to Monday. We strive not to be static. We desperately want to grow, change, and do our work better year over year. If you want to work at a place where your ideas on how we could be doing a set of work better are heard, this is your chance. You won’t always win, but we deeply value people who bring passion and enthusiasm to the work they do.
We also take great care with the people that work here. Our benefits are unrivaled — you can read more about that stuff here.
