Accounting and HR Manager

We are looking for someone to help us take exceptional care of our money and our people.   This role will be very heavy on the accounting side, but we also need someone to nurture and care for our staff, our customers, our vendors, and our owners. Our relationships are incredibly important to us, and only the best will do when it comes to taking care of them.  If you have looked at our website, you will see that a big part of how we work is team-oriented. We enjoy a cohesive department, which means we share responsibilities, big and small.

We work hard and we move fast.  We laugh and we have a great time doing the things, but when we work, it is “game on”.  Excellence, attention to detail, and initiative are highly valued.

Our wish list includes:

• Month-end Journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Analysis of financial results, including variances from budget, forecast, and prior actuals and present findings to the leadership team
• Manage AP processing
• Payroll Processing for three divisions
• Benefits administration
• Sales Tax
• Ability to do fun stuff and boring stuff

If you have these things, you might be a good fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus
• Previous roles include GL/corporate accounting
• Tech savvy – Excel guru a plus
